- Emergency Service means urgent hot water heater repair or plumbing services required to prevent property damage, health hazards, or safety issues.
- Estimate means a preliminary assessment of repair costs provided by the Company, which may be subject to change upon actual inspection of the equipment or property.
- Service refers to the Website and hot water heater repair services provided by the Company.
- Service Area means the Chicago metropolitan area and surrounding communities where the Company provides services, as determined by the Company’s current service capabilities.

Service Terms
Service Area and Availability
Our services are available within our designated Service Area in the Chicago metropolitan region. Service availability may be limited by weather conditions, technician availability, and other factors beyond our control.
We reserve the right to decline service requests outside our Service Area or when we determine that we cannot safely or effectively provide the requested services.
Scheduling and Appointments
Regular Service Appointments:
- Service appointments must be scheduled in advance through our Website or by calling (312) 661-2770
- We will provide estimated arrival times but cannot guarantee exact timing due to the nature of repair work
- Customers must provide reasonable access to the service location and ensure utilities (water, electricity) are available
Emergency Services:
- Emergency services are available for urgent situations that pose immediate risk to property or safety
- Emergency service rates apply and will be disclosed before work begins
- We will make reasonable efforts to respond to emergency calls promptly but cannot guarantee specific response times
Cancellation Policy
- Customer Cancellations: Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 2 hours notice during business hours
- Company Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel appointments due to weather, safety concerns, or technician availability
- No-Show Policy: If customer is not available at scheduled appointment time, a service call fee may apply
Estimates and Pricing
- Estimates provided over the phone or through the Website are preliminary and subject to change upon actual inspection
- Final pricing will be provided before work begins and must be approved by the customer
- Emergency service calls may include diagnostic fees
- All prices are subject to applicable taxes
Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made in advance
- We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
- For larger repairs, payment plans may be available at our discretion
- Late payment charges may apply to overdue accounts
- Disputed charges must be reported within 30 days of service completion
Warranty and Service Guarantees
- We provide a 90-day warranty on labor for completed repairs
- Parts warranties are governed by manufacturer terms
- Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or conditions beyond our control
- Warranty service requires retention of original work order documentation
Customer Obligations
Property Access and Conditions
- Customer must provide safe and reasonable access to work areas
- Customer is responsible for moving personal property that may obstruct repair work
- Customer must disclose known hazards (asbestos, lead, electrical issues) before service begins
- Customer must ensure pets are properly restrained during service calls
Utilities and Permits
- Customer is responsible for ensuring water and electrical service are available and safe to use
- Customer is responsible for obtaining any required permits for work (we will advise when permits are needed)
- Customer must provide accurate information about previous repairs or modifications
Limitation of Liability
Service Limitations
Notwithstanding any damages that You might incur, the entire liability of the Company and any of its suppliers under any provision of these Terms and Your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You for the specific service that gave rise to the claim, or $500, whichever is greater.
Excluded Damages
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever including, but not limited to:
- Water damage occurring after completion of repairs
- Damages for loss of business, profits, or data
- Damages resulting from pre-existing conditions not disclosed by customer
- Property damage caused by customer negligence or failure to follow maintenance recommendations
- Damages occurring due to building code violations or structural issues beyond our scope of work
Property Damage
Our liability for property damage is limited to direct damage caused by our negligence during the performance of services. We are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage discovered during service
- Damage to property not directly related to our work area
- Damage caused by customer’s failure to follow post-service instructions
- Normal wear and tear on building systems
Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, which means that some of the above limitations may not apply. In these states, each party’s liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
Professional Standards and Licensing
The Company and its technicians maintain appropriate licensing and insurance as required by Illinois law and local jurisdictions. We carry general liability insurance and are bonded for customer protection.
All work is performed in accordance with applicable building codes and industry standards. However, customers are responsible for ensuring that any modifications or repairs comply with local building codes and homeowner association requirements.
Communication and Call Recording
By using our services, you consent to:
- Recording of phone calls for quality assurance and training purposes
- Text message communications regarding service appointments and follow-up
- Email communications for service confirmations and customer satisfaction surveys
- Use of tracking technologies to improve our service delivery
Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms which is due to fire, flood, earthquake, elements of nature or acts of God, acts of war, terrorism, riots, civil disorders, rebellions or revolutions, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Company.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend Your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions.
Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately. However, warranty obligations for completed work will remain in effect according to their terms.

Governing Law
The laws of the State of Illinois, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern these Terms and Your use of the Service. Your use of the Service may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.
Jurisdiction
Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Chicago, Illinois, and the parties irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of such courts.
“AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” Disclaimer
The Service is provided to You “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Company, on its own behalf and on behalf of its Affiliates and its and their respective licensors and service providers, expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, with respect to the Service.
Without limiting the foregoing, the Company provides no warranty that the Service will meet Your requirements, achieve any intended results, be compatible or work with any other software, applications, systems or services, operate without interruption, meet any performance or reliability standards or be error free.
Important Note: The above disclaimer applies to the Website and digital services only. Physical repair services are subject to the warranty terms specified in the “Warranty and Service Guarantees” section above.
Consumer Protection
Illinois Consumer Rights
Illinois customers have specific rights under state consumer protection laws. Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights that cannot be waived under Illinois law.
Right to Cancel
For non-emergency services, customers have the right to cancel service within a reasonable time before the scheduled appointment without penalty.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company.
The Company has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that the Company shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such websites or services.

Severability and Waiver
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Waiver
Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under these Terms shall not affect a party’s ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter nor shall the waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
Translation Interpretation
